1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okjll ("okjll", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at okjll.cam and all associated services, games, features, and promotional offerings provided therein.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by simply accessing or using any portion of the okjll platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility Requirements

okjll conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date identity documentation when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is finalised.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

To access real-money services on okjll, you must create a registered account by providing accurate personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided remains accurate and current throughout the life of your account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active okjll account. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same person — whether identified through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or other indicators — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any outstanding bets, and confiscate balances from accounts created in violation of this policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share, sell, transfer, or disclose your login credentials to any third party. okjll will never contact you to ask for your password. 3.4 Account Closure

You may close your okjll account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course of business before closure is finalised. Accounts subject to open investigations, outstanding bonus wagering requirements, or active responsible gaming restrictions may not be immediately closed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.3 Verification of Funds

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. okjll does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the originating account reviewed for compliance with these Terms and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4.4 Processing Times

Deposit processing times vary by method, with GCash and Maya typically reflecting within 5 minutes. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are generally processed within 30 minutes to 1 business day depending on the method selected. okjll reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times where required by law or internal compliance procedures.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

okjll offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim period. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.

By participating in any game or placing any bet on okjll, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okjll platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity in contravention of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.
• Operating or using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account block imposed by okjll or any other gaming operator.

8. Responsible Gaming

okjll is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under applicable PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming frameworks seriously. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of okjll.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okjll's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okjll expressly excludes liability for: loss of profits; loss of data; indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; losses arising from service interruptions, force majeure events, or third-party system failures beyond our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including in cases of fraud or gross negligence on the part of okjll.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

okjll collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with okjll, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein, including data shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to first contact okjll's support team to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of initial notification, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts or relevant regulatory authority of the Philippines. okjll reserves the right to bring proceedings in the courts of any jurisdiction where a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring.

13. Amendments to These Terms

okjll reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice to registered players via the email address on file or a prominent in-platform notification. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after that date will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
